You want to share your information with other people right? Then build up a blog is a great thing to do, not only you can share want you want to share but you also can earn money with your Blog.
You maybe know already that there are many blogging platform that you can use to create a Blog for yourself. For create a blogging there are 2 methods for you. The first methods for creating a blog is to use your own domain and hosting, while creating your Blog via WordPress (This way you need to pay for you self-hosted WordPress blogs). Second is you can create a Blog for free, you can have free blogging platform from Blogger.com, WordPress.com and SimpleSite.com etc.
You maybe be wondering that what is the different between the first methods and the second methods, right? Well then, the different between these two methods is the first methods is you need to pay to get your own domain and hosting, example if you purchase domain name "example", so when you hosting your Blog it show "example.com" but if you use second method is free Blogging platform, when you hosting it will show "example.blogspot.com" or "example.wordpress.com".
(If you create with Blogger.com it show "example.blogspot.com" or if you create with WordPress.com it will show "example.wordpress.com")
If you are a newbies I'm sure you don't want to make an initial investment of funds to create a Blog, so if you are looking for a free Blog creation here my suggestion would be to start blogging from Blogger.com or WordPress.com. Once you have some Blogging experience, you can advance and become more professional with your self-hosted Blog.
With Blogger.com you can create a free Blog, but it does have some limitations. However, for a beginner it is a good way to learn to create a blog and begin the Blogging process.
Before I begin the tutorial to create a Blog with Blogger.com, there are a couple of things you should know:
First, Blogger is a blogging platform by Google. It offers you an opportunity to start a blog, though all your images will be hosted by Picasa which is also part of Google. Blogger, then, is a Google-centric Blogging platform.
Second, if the goal of your Blog is to make money and to have a Blog that is professional in appearance, I would recommend that you create your blog using WordPress. It’s easy and have a friendly interface, you can create your Blog in the 60mn.
To create your free Blog site, first you head over to Blogger.com and login using your Google account (gmail). If you don't have one you can create for free.

After you login for the first time user, you will see an option to use your identify from Google Plus profile. Then click on the “new blog” or click on this link go directly to create a free Blog.
The first things you need to do is name you Blog. For select your domain name you should be avoid from using your name and instead use some generic domain name that you can brand later with your custom domain.
Select the Blog template that you like (you can change that Blog template later anytime) then click on "Create blog”.
Now your Blog created but you are not done yet. There are few settings that you need to know for set on your newly created BlogSpot blog to make it easy to use.
Now you are on the BlogSpot dashboard where you will see your blog's backend. From here you can go to "Settings" and make some change to improve your blog. Check the screenshot of what you about to be seeing:
- Overview: To check you traffic on your blog, comment awaiting moderation, published comments, posts, followers etc.
- Posts: You can start writing your first blog post by click on "Posts". Before you posts you should create some page to make you blog look professional.
- Pages: You can create page by click on "Pages". You should create page such as "About" page which should be about you and what your blog is about.
- Comment: To check all the comment that visitor comment on your posts, from here you can write your comment or reply to your visitor's comments.
- Layout: To make change to your blog you can go to "Layout", from here you can change your logo, favicon, add or remove a gadget.
Most importantly, you should change you Blog's template as the default one. When you check your template it have a little, but you can get more free BlogSpot templates and change to make your Blog's appearance look great.
With BlogSpot you also can earnings money too by enable Adsense for your blog, you can go to "Settings" -> "Earnings" then click on button "Enable Adsense". For newbies blog when you go to "Earnings" you will see "Your BlogSpot currently doesn't qualify for Adsense". Don't worry just keep your blog posts up and running, next few months you will can Enable Adsense.
